We are excited to announce that Kay Hamm will be rejoining our team at CCCS. This will be Kay's 15th year of teaching in Christian Education, six of which has been at CCCS. Her and her family have ties to CCCS, not only that she has taught here in the past, but also having sons that attended. She has been married to her husband Ron for 28 years and currently resides in Richmond KY. There they attend Journey Community Church, where she and her husband are actively involved.
Kay has her Bachelor's Degree in English and Sociology from Morehead State University with graduate work in Education. She has taught kindergarten through senior high classes during her career, and has experience in the Upward Bound Program at Morehead State University. Mrs. Hamm has also been named to Who's Who Among America's Teachers. Kay will be teaching the Third grade class for this school year. Mrs. Hamm's passion has always been to teach children and youth. Her greatest desire is to not only see them receive a quality education but also be nurtured in their faith that they may find their place of service in the Kingdom of God.
